Elena Plekhanova

Elena graduated from The Kyrgyz State Art College in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in 1996 as an artist with a specialty of Applied Decorative Art and Folk Art, specializing in Textiles. During these studies, she was teaching art at a School of Arts for Children, for 2-6 year-old kids. After graduation Elena was working as an artist, making souvenirs . In 1997 Elena continued her education and became a student in Ekaterinburg, Russia at The Ural State Architecture and Art Academy with specialty in Applied Decorative Art and Folk Art. She graduated from the Academy in 2002.

While studying at the Academy, Elena was working as a private teacher of art for 2-6 year-old kids. Now Elena raising her own children and teaching them to appreciate the arts and the beauty of Russian language.

Elena believes, that it is very important for everybody to develop their creativity and to learn to appreciate their cultural heritage.
