Ballroom Dance

Our one of a kind ballroom dance program introduces young children ages 3 to 5 years to the elegant and fun world of ballroom dancing. The program is uniquely taylored to the skills and development stages of young children. Special exercises for warm up, stretching, posture, gestures, are used in the program to make it a complete development experience.

Popular ballroom dances like Waltz, Swing, Cha-Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Rumba, Rock-n-Roll and elements of Tango are taught in this program.

This program is currently offered in Stamford, CT only.
